Abstract

Technology and vocational education as a manpower training programme, is the current focus around the world including Nigeria because it has the potential to tackle the problems of unemployment and poverty. Its effectiveness depends on the quality of the program implementers and instructional methods they adopt. This study sought to determine the extent to which technology and vocational educators in South East Nigerian tertiary institutions utilize e-learning resources for instruction. Three research questions and two hypotheses guided the study. Descriptive survey design was adopted. Population of the study consists of 74 technology and vocational educators.
